This Practice has gone to the dogs over the past 12-18 months or so and whilst it would be easy to blame covid for this, the fact is its down to the management and GP's. No one has a clue. There is a lack of ownership and responsibility. A lack of empathy. A lack of staff. So many staff seem to have left. I believe this Practice joined other local Practices in some sort of merger a couple of years ago and the service is unrecognisable now to what it once was. Most of the old team have left and been replaced by poor substitutes. This used to be a fantastic Practice that the residents and patients of Silsden were proud of, with staff that cared, GP's that were accessible, management that welcomed feedback. They were always willing to listen and engage. Now the residents and patients are treated with disdain when we try to access services and fobbed off. No doubt covid will be blamed but its not. Other Practices I know of have continued to deliver far better services in covid. If there was another local Practice I could join I would, but there isn't. I'm stuck with this shambles. And many friends and neighbours feel the same.
