Have a post hospital care agreement with them, although times and package has been agreed they just do as they like. Should arrive at 9:30 show up anytime between 8:00 to 8:45 and always trying to force the patient into bed when she does not want to go due to them arriving far too early. Ring duty manager to complain they promise return call next day but no one bothers. Just all round awful service.
