Over the last few years my elderly mum has been looked after by the most amazing gp her outstanding care going above and beyond the call of duty has enabled me to look after my mum in her bungalow where she sadly passed away recently,without this drs support and dedication I would not have been able to fulfill mums and my wishes of being able to stay at home and not have to go into hospital and I can never thank her enough she has also taken care of me and given me the support I needed to look after mum at home 24/7 which was so important to me too.Thankyou also to the nurses for their good care and the receptionists for their kindness please can you let them know how grateful I am especially at this really difficult time and I appreciate everything you all do
