About: Arrowe Park Hospital / Accident and emergency Broadgreen Hospital North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a carer),

I took my husband into A& E after an Ambulance was unavailable to arrive for 45 mins! ! This prompted me to take my husband myself as I knew he was having a heart attack! ! ! ! When we arrived we were taken in quickly and my husband was put on a heart monitor to which the doctor told me he was having a heart attack, then everyone went into fast prompt action of pain relief & medication and calls to Broadgreen hospital we were kept informed at every stage. Then an ambulance crew arrived to take him to the other hospital for his emergency procedure I really have to thank all the staff for there brilliant care given to both my husband & myself.
