(as a service user),

I spoke to Richard a trauma co-ordinator at the Queen Victoria hospital for advice. 

He went above and beyond to help my partner receive the care he needed. He showed so much compassion and care to a patient.

He is a role model for what the NHS stand for.

I am so very pleased that you found him to be caring and compassionate as I am aware that he takes great care when advising patients.
