"Urgent intervention needed"

Very poor practice.

Issues in all areas. Prescriptions , referrals, rude receptionists, no appointments, long call wait times.

Due to an Error In prescriptions one of my medications has been missed. This medication should only be stopped gradually with a doctors support. I am without this medication untill monday.

I ended up collecting a referral myself and posting it to kgh as after over a week it was still sitting on a desk.

I received a text message referring me to hepatitis c - is it possible to refer someone to a disease ? I hadnt been tested for this, again it was an Error as this was supposed to say heptology (liver specialist)

Can never get an appointment. Something needs to change asap. The place is full of people complaining and asking for the manager whenever I've been there. Reviews are nearly all terrible. Facebook is full of people complaining. We are all entitled to decent medical care, Adnitt road is simply not providing this.
