"Who is to blame !"

My prescriptions went in July 26 collection Sat 31only to find I was 2 prescriptions short? 1 of which was important as we were going away I asked in the chemists! the answer was it didn't get through quick enough , only 1 sheet with all my 7 needs, l collected only 5 items ! this leaves me very bemused how come they were all on the same sheet! is it the chemists or doctor's surgery ?? I would appreciate a reply please
