(as a service user),

After a break for a  bereavement and illness myself I returned to Venesection at Day Medicine FVRH.   Cathy had  introduced  me to Nancy in Spring.   I was    happy to see Nancy again. Her skill with her needle made VS a very happy, professional procedure.   No marks other than the teeny puncture wound.   Tunnock's Teacake and a cuppa to finish.   Back again in two weeks.   The team are compassionate and professional.
