"Terrible childrens A & E"

Took my 1 year old after a fall on the advice of NHS 111. Was told it was 1.5 hr wait which was reasonable it was very quiet. This turned into 4 hours and the screen was suggesting 6.5hrs. The toilet in the department was broken. The A&E stunk of cigarette smoke, like staff were smoking outside the emergency exit. Eventually I left after 4 hrs as my son appeared physically well but exhausted and driving after being awake for nearly 24 hrs. Then when I was leaving, somebody was smoking from right outside the adults A&E, the guy actually lit the cigarette inside and stepped outside smoking.
