(as a relative),

Just a few lines to thank all on Ward Firth 4 Northern for the fantastic care and support they gave my Mum on her recent stay in hospital. At 84 years old she had never been in hospital before, and had a very traumatic admission. She was terrified when she came in, but when she soon settled down thanks to the care of the lovely staff. She was sad to leave in the end, but shes home now after a period of rehabilitation and doing well
