"Extremely helpful"

Contacted the surgery as was very concerned about a family member. The receptionist was extremely helpful, a Doctor called me and organised an emergency appointment, arranged transfer to hospital and during the entire process kept me fully informed. I was very impressed with how the issue was handled in terms of urgency, professionalism and overall patient care. Feeling extremely grateful.
