About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 East Gynaecology

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in 1 East for a number of days now and the staff are lovely. Everything is very clean and I am comfortable as is possible. I really can't complain about this ward I'm on but I am visually impaired and I sometimes would like more help with things like eating my dinner or even being told what is on my plate because quite often my dinner is just given to me and I have to just eat it without seeing it. 

Sometimes I am left waiting for things I ask for but I understand that the ward is very busy so it is hard to keep everyone happy all the time!

Apart from this I have had no problems with any staff members or with any facilities. They have been great.
