"Excellent work and a warm manner"

After a very short waiting time, was seen by Orthotist Ms Clark. She quickly assessed my condition and fitted appliances to my feet and legs. I felt an immediate improvement. Before long, I was on my way with the appliances in place. The whole process was completed  professionally and Ms Clark was very friendly and helpful, giving me all the advice I needed to use the devices. 

Hospital appointments can sometimes be daunting, but not in this case, helped by the excellent work and warm manner of Ms Clark.
