"Awful treatment complete lack of empathy"

Your physicist and pain management at wolves have been great. However after two face 2 face appointments, I have come away absolutely disgusted and upset by the lack of care, support and empathy, total dismissal of my issues and been laughed at by rheuma cons, this is absolutely awful 2 appt and in total 7.5mins approx, only to be given two different apparent diagnosis, 6 weeks apart, all this without looking at my history my notes or myself!! All completely different and contradicting previous examinations, consultants reports and tests I have had carried out, I am actually glad I am been transferred back to the hospital such a shame as your as it let's the whole pain management and physio team down.
