"Extremely disappointed "

About: Montpelier Health Centre

I went to the surgery for a standard pill check, and was then instructed to go to my assigned pharmacy to collectt it. They advise I have to go to a random boots in town which apparently has the prescription, which I went to, who advised there was no prescription made. I return to the health center to get the prescription, am given a number and assured if I return to the pharmacy that i could collect my prescription. I go to the pharmacy, and there still is no prescription. I am at my wits end with the multiple levels of incompetence. Montpelier please fix this immediately.
