"My recent experience at the GP practice/physio and onward referral"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Xrays & Scans General practices in Forth Valley

(as the patient),

I went to my GP practice to see the physio about a swelling in my leg.   The physio looked at it, talked me through it and said he'd like my GP to have a look at it.   My GP referred me on to have an ultrasound for my leg as they were thinking it was a possible DVT.   The very next day I got a call from the local hospital talking me through my next appointment at the local hospital.   3 days after that I've been there, had the test done and had a very good experience there across 2 departments:   ultrasound and urgent care.
