"111 NHS Forth Valley"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

Living in the Forth Valley area, I had cause to call 111 twice in the last fortnight and was so impressed with the care, kindness and efficiency from call handlers, nurses and out of hours doctors.  

Given the pressure that everyone in the NHS has been working under and are still, the patience and understanding was outstanding. 

I’m sorry that I did not make a note of names to include a personal thank you but I am sure that my experience would have been the same no matter to whom I spoke. Thank you so much.
