"was such a good surgery now its terrible"

such a shame as this surgery always put patients first, since joining north road its even worse i know times are hard and i know its not the receptionists fault BUT something needs to be done, noone answers phone, you email and noone answers, i finally got threw after 6 hours to be told no appointments ha ha same story, then son ended up in hospital on a drip, recently i called and after a few hours i got through was told i needed to call at 830 i said i have been on the phone since 830 they said they will put me on the put of hours to call me back surprised noone called me back i then call them the next day to be told nothing on my notes about me even calling, i dont know whats happened but the reputation of this surgery now is terrible its one of the worst in clacton, yet can be fixed and get reputation back up. im in need of antibiotics used to call they check my notes and give me a prescription now it takes a week 7 calls 30 hours and still no prescription appointment or call back, i could go to the hospital and speak to my consultant but hospitals are also over whelmed and i just need some antibiotics. i called my consultant last time this happened he was disgusted and said this is why hospitals are also getting overwhelmed because GPS are fobbing everything off and people end up going in to hospital i was told to raise a safe guard against my GP for the care towards my son or lack of care that landed him in hospital. just such a shame the receptionists are lovely and help as much as they can ( well most of them ) but there hands are tied something needs to be done ASAP
