About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

I have been treated in rheumatology for over 10 years no problem until recently.  My new doctor I feel has treated me with no respect and no care about my illness or treatment never felt so dismissed before. It's like my views and opinions don't matter, just dismissed and I feel like I've been spoken to like I was a child. Multiple staff members have spoken to me in a way that made me feel like I didn't matter and I should just go away as I was a nuisance. Complained to pals over 9 months ago and still got no response.
