"Staff help you in all ways"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came into hospital with a broken hip, requiring a half replacement and it took from 9pm to 1am for an ambulance to come for me. Once I got to hospital my care has been amazing and everything worked out well in the end. 

The staff in Craigavon Trauma Ward are truly magnificent. They help in all ways they can and they got me going again. They have made sure I was as comfortable as I could be and they keep me very clean every single day- they just help in so many ways!

The only thing is that the TV wasn't working very well but that is my only complaint. Any of the food I have had has been nice enough.

The staff make a tremendous effort to help you in any way they can and they have made a difficult situation much better

Good Afternoon

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Trauma Ward, Craigavon Area Hospital. It is reassuring to hear that the ward cleanliness, food and staff experience was a positive one. I will share your compliments with all staff.

I am sorry to hear the Television in your room was not working. Please be reassured that all televisions on the ward have been checked by our maintenance team and are now in working order.
