"The breakfast could be improved"

I am getting on well here on AMU, the staff are brilliant and you really couldn't ask for any better people to look after you. They are all so friendly and kind. If I could note any improvements it would be the morning breakfast. By the time they bring the toast and porridge round to you to eat it is absolutely freezing and just doesn't appetize you to eat it anymore, but that's really my only concern. You can tell the staff are rushed off their feet here and can only spend a short amount of time with one patient at once and this is not their own fault at all but goes beyond them. The cleaning here is constant and the ward is kept very well.
