"Poor appointment process"

My b12 injection was in may then the next one wAs due 15th july. Unfortunately due to ill health recently I forgot to make the routine appointment on time. Tried several times on Monday 19th july to see if they could fit me in at any of their surgeries anywhere in Portsmouth . They refused offered me an appointment for a week later. I then tried ringing over a period of two hours while at work Tuesday 20th july then offered an appointment for 10 days after Anyone suffering b12 deficiency knows you can’t wait long without it. Am now left suffering symptoms. Tried nhs 111, private hospitals, beauty clinics, qa hospital all with no help have resulted in me spending a lot of money on tablets and sprays online which probably won’t work . Left feeling unwell now with no injection and no date for one
