In March I used the online questionnaire to request a GP appt. I had a tel consultation within 2 days followed by a face to face appt. and was given appropriate treatment for a prolapse. A prescription came days later. In June I phoned for a nurse appt and given one for a few days later. This did not go well as the specialist nurse was not there. A new appt was made and this one was OK. I have since had cause to speak further to my GP re medication. This happened within a couple of weeks. It wasn’t urgent so I felt the delay was OK. In all I felt the system worked well for me. Attention when required. Also everything seems joined up . The health team communicate well and the reception team are very helpful and patient explaining and correcting IT glitches. Altogether a very good service under very difficult circumstances. Thank you everyone.
