About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Female Medical Outpatients / Ear, nose and throat (ENT)

(as a service user),

I came up to the hospital because of my high blood pressure and I have seen a lot of improvements since the last time I was here- it is lovely and clean. I was down on the ENT ward first and I have to say the staff couldn't be any better, they are absolutely marvelous! I was then moved up to the female medical ward and the staff here have been great too. The food is ok but the tea is so strong I couldn't drink it, I don't really mind though because I like to drink water in this heat anyway- it is better for you.

Thank you for posting regarding your recent hospital experience.

I am sorry to see the tea was too strong and that you couldn't drink it. Please let the staff know this and we can provide you with hot water and a tea bag, so it wont be too strong.
