About: Victoria Hospital / Appliance & Orthotics

(as a service user),

Staff are excellent, but access would be awkward for someone with significant mobility problems. Small room - not enough turning space for someone using a rollator, for example.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your story, it is great to hear you found the staff excellent.

I understand your concerns about the room size and access for those with mobility problems, your comments will be taken into consideration as we explore alternative accommodation for the department.
