"Admission to hospital"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / General medicine

(as a service user),

I was admitted onto Ward 19 under the supervision of Dr Price and his team.

From Ward Domestic to consultants I couldn't have been in better or safer hands. Everyone was fantastic. There was only one fly in the ointment -me. Being alone  feeling yucky for such a long time made me less than sweet. Once they had me feeling much better things changed I hope for the better.

During one clinic I apologised to Dr Price for my behaviour and asked him to pass it on to all concerned.

It's so easy to criticise, but never too late to apologise.

They were at that time the best and I thank them sincerely for what they did for me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your care at the the RVI. We are pleased that you found all staff to be fantastic and you felt in safe hands. It is understandable when people are not well they are not their best selves and we hope that staff were understandable at the time. We will forward your feedback to the directorate who will share with the staff involved in your care.
