"Ableist and demeaning experience "

About: Healthshare Ltd

They Firstly book a non-negotiable appointment without any regard for whether you might be at work or have anything on, I found out 2 days in advanced when mine was and it was a horrendous experience.

The physio was highly dismissive of anything I had to say and blamed everything on my neurological disorders that she had absolutely no understanding of. For an issue that is so closely related to neurological disorders it’s appalling that there is no understanding to the point that I’m having to explain the basics, to which they judge my entire condition off. Felt talked down to like a child the entire time and left feeling very distressed and at the point of meltdown. Absolutely no idea how to communicate with neurodiverse people but is willing to blame everything on the neurological disabilities I have. Absolutely terrible service, definitely be getting a second opinion with a service that tolerates and accepts neurologically disabled people.
