I am feeling exceptionally let down and disappointed regarding healthcare and in particular over a recent GP visit which should have resulted in an urgent Cardiology appointment. After a week of waiting for a phone call from the Cardiology team at Ayrshire Hospitals, still no response at all. My GP is trying for me but even our joint efforts are still not producing results. As this is a heart issue you would expect much better. Living with the worry is taking its toll as much as the illness.
