(as the patient),

I visited the orthotic service today & would like to praise the super efficient, attentive & friendly staff.  My appointment took place on time & I received a prompt & effective service.  I had the same positive experience 2 months ago when I visited this hospital for first time (Consultation & x-rays)

Fortunately I am able to visit the department unassisted, but feel the treatment rooms associated with Waiting Area 5 on the first floor are perhaps a little too small & the use of a cramped lift less than ideal for patients requiring assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to post on care opinion and provide the positive feedback regarding the orthotic staff and service; I will ensure I share this with them.

I agree that our accomodation is small and being on level one is not ideal for patients with mobility issues and as such we are actively pursing the possibility of relocation.
