Looking at previous reviews. The appointment system is ridiculous. The excuse of the pandemic is appalling. We are 18 months on and in a fourth wave. All reviews have left complaints about the appointment system, still this has not been actioned. I had to stand in a queue this morning to book a telephone consultation for my child. I will imagine by the beginning of September the queues will extend to deysbrook Tesco.
I do work for the NHS and run clinics so this excuse and appointment system is not acceptable.
