I've cumulatively been on hold with the Camden office for several hours over the last couple of weeks while trying to self refer. I have yet to actually speak to anyone.
I've tried calling at different times of the day, different days of the week and just sit on hold until I give up. I would almost wonder if the phone number that my GP gave me is incorrect if it weren't the same number listed on Connect Health's website. The voice recording keeps telling me to self-refer online but, of course, "PhysioNow self-referral is not currently available in this service. "
Completely useless. One wonders how much the NHS is paying this company not to answer the phones.
