"Not as good as it once was"

I remembered this hospital as being warm, kind, calm and fantastic standards. I was a day case private patient recently and I am so disappointed in how it has gone downhill. No prior information on procedure, staff couldn’t use equipment, basic protocols forgotten, no choice of food, sparse room. Staff were really lovely and well meaning but just not the same as before.
