(as a service user),

I have been in hospital for just over a week now and I honestly have not one negative thing to say about the excellent care I have received here in the Orthopaedic ward. Everybody is so lovely and caring and it is clear that the staff have time for everyone. 

Because of my injuries I haven't been able to do much for myself and so I have found all the staff to be so helpful. I have been as comfortable as I can be and the ward is kept very clean. 

If I have had any questions or concerns the doctors have been able to answer them and keep me informed as to what is happening with my care at all times.
