"Very kind helpful member of staff"

About: St Marks Hospital (Harrow)

(as a service user),

I telephoned and left a message seeking an update on my referral made by my doctors practice late Thursday afternoon and early the next morning I received a call back from Rose (Mr Tozer’s medical secretary at St Marks Hospital - London).  Rose had already looked into my query and was calling with an update.  Rose could not of been more helpful, friendly  and approachable also giving me time to explain why I had called to the point she asked if I had her direct dial number “would you like me to give it to you”. Could I please say that Rose is a real credit to St Marks Hospital and based on my interactions with other medical secretaries at a different hospital is an exception rather than the rule.
