"Waiting at dispensary at Lincoln County Hospital"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I was attending a dermatology appointment which   was fine. However I waited for ages at the dispensary to collect my prescription. The screen to call patients when prescription ready was inoperative and I am very deaf and could not hear my name being called. Eventually an irate dispenser came out to find me and told me off but it was hardly my fault.

I am very sorry at the experience you had when using Rowlands pharmacy.
