I was attending a dermatology appointment which was fine. However I waited for ages at the dispensary to collect my prescription. The screen to call patients when prescription ready was inoperative and I am very deaf and could not hear my name being called. Eventually an irate dispenser came out to find me and told me off but it was hardly my fault.

I am very sorry at the experience you had when using Rowlands pharmacy. In order for myself to investigate further is it possible to call you when you are with somebody to ensure we can communicate clearly? If so please call 01522 597889 and ask for Bharat Joshi.
