"All the staff are brilliant"

The staff in A& E are brilliant and they keep the department very clean but it is very overcrowded and there are beds everywhere. There are no pillows or towels and there's only one air-conditioning unit in the area I'm in so half of the ward is warm and the other is cold. I had to have my ECG in the corridor because it was so busy but I know none of this is the staff's fault as they have to do what they can to accommodate as many people as possible. I couldn't say a bad word about any of the staff in the A& E department.
