"My experience from ED to AMU to 1 south at craigavon are hospital"

I arrived by ambulance to the emergency department. I then had a 10 hour wait. When I moved to the AMU, it was a disgrace the noise and language and behaviour u had to witness from people under the influence of alcohol and drugs was unfair. Police back and forth. The staff were great but how is it fair very unwell patients have to put up with this, when your already feeling distressed from your illness. My time in 1 south has been okay. The staff are good but the toilets aren't very clean and I think they need cleaned more than once a day. I addressed the issue to a member of staff but the dirty bathroom was not resolved until the day after. I also think there should be a bigger variety on the menu as it feels very repetitive, especially for some of us who are in hospital for a longer term.
