Everything about the nursing staff is first class. Communication has been excellent and the staff answer any questions I have in great detail, I am also reassured as when staff don't have an answer they go and find out the answer I need which is helpful. The ward overall is very good and I have enough privacy on the ward although when in A& E I felt I lacked dignity as it's not very private and I felt others where listening when the staff were communicating with me. Other than that A& E was good and I wasn't waiting too long. The food is good and I got enough water. I feel safe when on my ward 4 north and have no fear, I honestly can't get over how kind the staff are, they just can't do enough for me.
