Have been phoning greenfields since 9.30 this morning and its now 1.35pm and I'm still on hold waiting regarding a urgent mental health matter for my husband and his medication I really can't believe how long it takes for someone to answer the phone anything could of happened by now if some of the people phoning are in emergency need for help id advise to go hospital or even get through to go surgery before you would these dangerously careless not answering for over 3 hrs now I understand covid but mental health is just as much if not more important and looking at other people's reviews even when do get to speak to someone they aren't helpful I hope this isn't the case for me today !
