"Absolutely useless "

Have been phoning greenfields since 9.30 this morning and its now 1.35pm and I'm still on hold waiting regarding a urgent mental health matter for my husband and his medication I really can't believe how long it takes for someone to answer the phone anything could of happened by now if some of the people phoning are in emergency need for help id advise to go hospital or even get through to go surgery before you would these dangerously careless not answering for over 3 hrs now I understand covid but mental health is just as much if not more important and looking at other people's reviews even when do get to speak to someone they aren't helpful I hope this isn't the case for me today !

We are sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have had getting through on the phones, we have been made aware of some technical problems that have unfortunately contributed to delays, these difficulties have recently been addressed. We do plan to upgrade our phone system and in the meantime will be monitoring our service experience on an ongoing basis so we do appreciate the feedback that you have provided in this respect.
