"Botox into the bladder at the Day Care Surgery in The New Victoria Hospital"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I just want you to know that the staff are so lovely and kind at this hospital.  I was feeling very anxious about my botox procedure today but the nurses made me feel so much better by reassuring me that everything will be okay.   Dr Tyagi was wonderful and very understanding and I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to two very kind and special nurses, Eva and Leah.   Thank You so much everyone. x

Thank you for your nice feedback in regards to your experience of using the Day Surgery Unit of the New Victoria Hospital.

It was nice to hear how Dr Tyagi, Eva and Leah made you feel reassured and comfortable before you went for your procedure. I'm sure I'd have been as nervous as you were before such a procedure so it was great to hear the staff put your mind at ease throughout.

I will be pleased to pass on your thanks to all involved who I'm sure will be touched to hear your feedback.
