"ENT service referral has not been processed"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Exactly one year ago, I had my nose fractured and I went to the ENT service at Northwick Park Hospital.   They performed a closed reduction surgery, however they failed to properly align my nose to its normal state. They told me that I was supposed to get a further surgery done after a 8 month wait. I waited more than a year and I’ve constantly asked my registered GP surgery (Shakespeare Health Centre) to chase it up with them. They have tried for over a month now, but nobody from the ENT service has gotten back to my GP. This is absolutely pathetic. Somebody needs to intervene because Northwick Park Hospital have failed to deliver on the service they were supposed to provide for myself. I would appreciate if someone from the higher ups could try to reach this hospital practice, so that I could get some transparency on what is going on with regards to my nose treatment. It’s bad enough that myself and my GP practise have tried to reach them. However, this hospital practice seems to have a lot of problems with communicating to patients. It’s been exactly a year and I’m still waiting.
