(as the patient),

I have been doing well although I’m frustrated due to the loss of my independence, though I am coming to terms with this.  The staff are very nice and the food is quite good. However it would be better if it was less noisy

Dear velatw95x - thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We can appreciate that it is very difficult to come to terms with the loss of your independence and that it does take time to adjust, please ask the ward staff for any help that you may need with this. I will share all of your comments with the ward staff.

Sorry to hear that you have been unwell recently, it is good to hear however that you are keeping well. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.

It is great to hear that the staff are nice and you are enjoying the food. Again sorry to hear that the noise level on the ward is not as good as it could be, I will forward all of this feedback to the ward team.
