Thank you for this positive feedback.

I am very glad that you experienced excellent care from your Health Professional both in hospital and from us.

At times hospitalisation can not be avoided. Hopefully with increased funding

we will be able to prevent many more admission to hospital for older people

I am however, very happy that we could facilitate an earlier discharge from hospital for you.

We aim to provide excellent care and in this instance I am glad we have achieved this standard. The Team will be very happy to learn of your satisfaction with Acute Care At Home input.
