"For a first time mum this could feel daunting"

About: Maternity care / 2 East Midwifery Led Unit (MLU)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The nurses and midwives are very nice, the food is quite good. You can feel a bit alone especially with no visiting and for a first time mum this could feel daunting. Sometimes when you press the buzzer you do have to wait a while but I understand the staff are busy. it was very cold last night and I felt my baby was cold, the nurses said they would phone the bed manager but they never got round to it.
