(as a relative),

I have been trying to reorder some sanitary products and continence products for my wife through Ontex and the number I call is just a recorded message and I cant get to speak to anyone, there is also no provision to leave a message, its very frustrating and my wife is running out. I will speak to the community nurses about this but would appreciate this being looked into.
