Chairs in A&E are extremely uncomfortable and there was no access to water but is this understandable due to covid? All the staff have been friendly and helpful. Waiting times are very long but I always feel safe and at at minimal risk of covid. Some hand sanitising units where empty and more sanitiser is needed. I was reluctant to touch door handles in the bathrooms so maybe automatic doors may need provided. Communication was all good.
