Dear sir.

     

      I must express my gratitude to your staff, I had a problem with my breathing and and was quite unwell. it wasn't until one of your team (Tracy) visited me and pointed out I was using the Medication incorrectly.

 I have now started using the correct method more often as she pointed out, and my breathing has improved immensely since. I was never informed how to use the medication over the years I have had this problem with my breathing.

 

   Tracy even offered to collect antibiotics from the chemist, which she did, I was very grateful to her.
