(as the patient),

I am 85 years old and I had a serious arm fracture over a month ago, I used to be a nurse myself and can I just say how wonderfully I was treated by all staff both in A&E and the Fracture Clinic. I cant use a computer but I wanted to have this documented so the staff could hear my praise.

I was over the moon with the care and so over whelmed by how wonderfully I was treated in hospital. Thanks you so much.
