"Active Recovery Team supporting my 83 year old Mum"

About: Primary and community services

(as a relative),

Active Recovery Team supporting my 83 year old Mum after breaking her arm.

What a fantastic service this is. My Mum lives alone is very stubborn and fiercely independent, but after breaking her right arm recently she was visited by the fantastic Active Recovery team who sorted out some home adaptations to help her get upstairs, a bath board so she could have a bath.  They helped her sort her pillows so she could sleep better too,

They were beyond helpful, always rang me when they attended if I wasn't there and whenever I rang for advice were very kind and helpful.  I cant remember every ones name but they were all great and a special mention for Patrick and his blue dots

I cant praise the staff highly enough, they are absolutely excellent. I'm just gutted shes been discharged now
